In the beautiful countryside of Apulia midway between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica, 15 km from the sea, superb 10.3-hectare estate with finely restored trulli and swimming pools. Services are all available in Ceglie Messapica (11km; 15’), a beautiful medieval town between the Itri Valley, the Murge highlands and the Salento. Other cities of Apulia (both towards the sea and the hinterland) are easily reached as well (Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Brindisi, Lecce, Gallipoli, Santa Mari di Leuca…). The most convenient airport is the one in Brindisi (49km; 40’).
Trulli A (210 sqm – 2,260 sqft, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) opens with a beautiful vaulted living area with an archway leading into the kitchen facing the pool area. Beyond that, there are two sitting rooms and a studio. From the living area, a door leads to the first sleeping area made up of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. A hallway departing from the studio then leads into the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and view over the pool area.
Outside, the building boasts a covered sitting area, a beautiful place for al fresco dinners and breakfasts with barbecue, and a 15 × 7 m salt-water swimming pool.

Roughly 120 m from the main buildings there is the smaller trulli C (50 sqm – 538 sqft, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom), result of the restoration of an old wheat storage. This smaller unit is made up of a living area with cooking corner, a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, the building features a covered breakfast area.
Trulli D (230 sqm – 2,475 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is set not far from the other buildings as well (150 m), but is in need of a general renovation and updated to be exploited in its full potential. The building is made up of a spacious living room with kitchen, six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
All the buildings have been finely restored to preserve their unique charm intact: the stone walls have been all cleaned and restored and are well visible from the inside as well, with the typical domes covering the rooms. Modern appliances and utilities have been installed to guarantee the best comforts available in the 21stcentury without disrupting the atmosphere offered by the trullo, a unique type of building only found in a very specific part of Apulia.
